hi, yes this is a blog entry. and I wondered too if people see them and read them. I wish we had this option on Z's site. Or have a group of Warriorz here?! She didn't get back to me with an answer whether a new challenge would start in spring.I am in the mood now and found a new plan/routine I want to try (hormonal timing the workout and food / see buffmother.com) and plug in Zgym in it. I will probably join a random game by end of this week to be sure I am in a challenge while loosing wait. By spring time I might have reached my goal weight and nothing left to lose, ha, ha.
