Non-scale victory of the week!

I am slowly getting back to walking after my surgery. 4519, 4628 and 4206. (So far today). Expect to get back to at least 7000/day by Monday of next week... on my way to a solid 10000!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

After just having the drains removed from my body(hernia surgery 12/21), I am eager to get back to walking. I will have to start with baby steps but hope to just finish out January strong like I was before surgery. Back on program. Back to life!
