I have a monthly ladies dinner tonight that always has a huge free flow of wine so this is going to be a challenge. Luckily they didn't choose to do cheese! I am supposed to bring dessert and my healthy dessert didn't turn out so I think my plan is to pick something up on my way... something small...

I make protein shakes with Whey Protein powder or nut based but I haven't looked at pre-made in years. My go to is almond milk, Spiru-tein Chocolate Whey, added spirulina and ice. Are you using a lot of protein shakes? Any luck or recommendations?
