Non-scale victory of the week!

Zipped up a size 14 women's pants! Bought the 16 because they were not tight, but I can see and feel that 14 in the near future

More water. Have slacked off quite a bit

Think I have started to break my plateau. Had check up at doctor and they said I was right where I needed to be, encouraged me to keep it slow and steady. I am going to increase protein this week and water, and keep up the 3 small meals and 3 small snacks. That seems to work best for me even though really hard to do some days

No real weight loss but restarted high protein diet! Meal planning and water intake great! And I feel good.

Strive to improve overall. Better meal planning and up the exercise. It's going to be fall soon so no more swimming will be switching to walking

I finally broke the 200 barrier. Maybe it is only by a few ounces but it is my current milestone. Now to keep it here and still go down. Such a long journey and still a long way to go but I am determined to make it this time for keeps.

Not one. I cant ger under 200.

Better with water. Swim more. I love the water and need to take more advantage of it while I can. Come fall I will go back to walking

Have to move that scale to below 200. Today I am 201.8. Last week I was 200 even. Thought I was going to make my goal of 199. I am stuck and cant seem to get the momentum going.

Still fit same size , a 16. Didn't go up!

Less stress! The multiple weigh ins at all times of the day were nerve wracking. I let them get to me more than they should have

Keep up the pool. Swimming season doesn't last too long and I do better with it than walking. I sleep so much better after swimming too so stress levels are better
