Non-scale victory of the week!

sticking to the plan- not sure why my weight is up it can inly be because i am working out like a fiend and adding muscle weight because smaller clothes are fitting.

pants getting looser and exercised 4 days last week- i think exercise is kicking in even up a little on scale

stick to keto better- had some ice cream and a few drinks

Non-scale victory of the week!

Not sure of a non scale victory- I guess just choosing correct foods. Since my scale pooped out I have to use a different one now.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had the weekend off and i think the popcorn did me in but otherwise I made good choices.

I would really like to see the 120’s this has been a long journey- last time i lost weight much quicker- age really is a factor- will i get to my goal of 121?? Not sure but I will keep plugging away.

staying on track- ironically my scale stopped working right after I did this weigh in so I amso glad i got it in. not sure if its a battery or i need a new scale. the time still blinked but it wont register weight so I think its new scale time.

Non-scale victory of the week!

This weigh in was stressful- your system did not take my yesterday weigh in it would not let me submit- now I am at my sons for 2 months and the only full length mirror i could find was in carpet but i did my weigh in on the floor. I hpe its all accepted. i also had a cheat day yesterday thinking i already weighed in.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

eating was terrible with july 4 etc plus I was moving so we went out to dinner alot plus there was a lot of stress- then driving yesterday all day. very stressful week.

Back on track- going to start cooking for my son and DIL and they eat keto too. I hope to be in the 120’s by next weigh in.

Non-scale victory of the week!

So excited to fit into many of my skinny clothes- almost there. Interesting to see the difference in scales back to my scale now.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did have a cheat day when my sister in law got home- it was a little too close to my last cheat day but boy was it worth it. We picked raspberries and she made raspberry pie. The whole day was a cheat.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I am at my brothers in Bellingham Washington for the next few weeks taking care of my mom while they are on vacation I’ve been walking their dogs a few times a day and I hope their scale is correct.I had to use a long mirroe and put it on the ground- I hope me squating on the scale to show its me worked.
