- I walked 1 mile for the walking challenge today. Tomorrow, I’ll be starting Beginners Only, plus throwing in some Pilates a few days a week.
Last year was rough after losing my aunt to a very short/quick battle with brain and lung cancer at the end of 2022. Plus I got answers to some medical issues with my hormones being completely off balance. I was barely able to workout last year. Then I was in the ER and diagnosed with diverticulitis 2 months ago. I’ve been eating what I can tolerate or settled easily.
I’ll also be starting back on Portion Fix with a few of the Gut Protocol principles. I’m ready to finally start feeling better again.
