Hi All is there some place where Autumn and Bobby have food listed as to what they eat or what is recommended. Many recipes? I don't real have this dietbet cite figured out yet, but I am in their game. Looking for food ideas! Thank you all and hope you are all going to meet your goal. Buff

Disney World sounds like a great place for exercise:) one of these days I'll have to plan a trip there. My workout so far today was walking to work, 2931 steps all downhill which means the real workout begins after work when it will be all uphill to get back home:) I live on an island in southeast Alaska. There was a break in the clouds today so I decided to risk it and walk and in case it rains later brought my rain gear for the walk home, hopefully I won't need it:)

Hey Autumn, I wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me a program that finally changed my life! My weight was getting out of control, I hated making plans because I hated wearing "real" clothes. I hated going back to my home town because I knew people would see how much weight I had gained. I hated going to the crowded gym and felt like people where watching and judging me. 21 day fix extreme has kept me interested and excited. I love waking up and pressing play before I do anything else for the day. I love prepping food. I now know that I can eat, I don't have to starve to lose weight and I have learned that not eating small meals frequently is only going to slow my metabolism down. You have taught me to be confident and know that I can shape any part of my body that I want as long as I put in the work. My first round of 21 day fix extreme I lost 16 pounds and 16 inches! I am now down 20 pounds and have 25 more to go until I hit my goal weight, BUT I already have it in my head that even when I hit my goal weight I will stick to clean eating and home workout videos through beach body. I know that I don't know you but I am thankful for what you have taught me and my husband and what we will now be able to pass on to our children. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! YOU ARE AMAZING!
