Way to go on being smoke free. That's huge! If you want some help on the food side, check out an app/website called My Fitness Pal. You can use it to track calories from food and exercise. It has helped me so much. I've lost 33 lbs using it.


I use that app. I have it connected to my Fitbit. I love it. It has been very helpful.
