You can do it! I started out being very regimented in calorie restriction. I've been doing dietbets since Thanksgiving, and recently I discovered that I don't really have to track my food or count calories anymore. This is because I try to focus in eating more whole real foods instead of over processed foods. I try to eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day and eat 50-100 grams of protein. I try to drink 6-12 cups of water per day too, and this has helped continue my weight loss. My point is that as long as you focus on eating real and healthy foods and drinking plenty of water, you will see amazing transformations in your body! You will do great!
