Super happy that I was able to go on a European vacation and eat some of my favorite things and only be up a few pounds. That is a great victory for me.

I went down to my pre-kid waist size.

I think things are really good. I have stayed with my program and am holding steady. I am in the middle of a plateau, so I will keep doing what I am doing until I bust through the plateau.
