At first it was to look good and shut down the doubters. But then it clicked went to the doctor and she said you are OBESE,my mother reminded me that my fathers side of the family has been highly effected by diabetes, when I walked my knee would creek and 10 flights of stairs felt like million. Now its for the health of me, for the great feeling and the decision to take care of my body because no one else but me will.
