Mike, when you're crushing it, what's your secret? Any particular program?

No snacks between meals or at night, no seconds at meals, exercise every single day even if it is just 10-15 minutes. Do not think of it as a diet, think of it as a permanent lifestyle change. Consistency gets results!

I fell off the wagon this summer and the whole thing fell apart, as you can see -- my weight rebounded to pre-dietbet levels. But I now know I can do it, and I am full steam ahead :-)
