Keep up a fast walk pace, hit a new harder move in the workout!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I slipped a couple days and had to crack down extra these last few days to make sure I’d make my weigh in. Try to not have that this next month.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Did a great job resistin tempting food, eating my prepped meals. And waking up earlier in the morning has become a lot easier.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Better tracking of food to see if I’m under eating and causing my body to be in starvation mode or not.
