Hi,

This is my workout. I actually plan on doing it on Saturday.

Warmup- 1-2 minutes step ups where you just step up and down on the first stair.

Next you will do each of the exercises one after the other once completed you will start over and do it again and then again for 3 sets total of all the exercises.

1- Step up two steps at a time to the top- jog down
2- Run up the steps one at a time- jog down
3- Hop Scotch (like when we were kids) up the stairs one at a time- jog down
4) Hop Squat (do one stair at a time or two)- jog down
5) Run up the steps one at a time- jog down

1 min break then repeat 2 more times.

This should take you twenty minutes. To get a full 30 min workout complete with the following:

1) Side squats down the width of the field (because it is shorter)- come back the other way using the other thigh
2) Lunges down the width of the field
3) Hop squat down the widt
