Made 6 Cinnamon-Raisin biscuits and I only ate one of them (instead of 6)

I've worked on sleeping better the past few days, and that's worked. I've greatly appreciated the discipline this game has provided. Now I'm continuing with another game. If I didn't I'd probably pig out to celebrate!

Unfortunately, while I went to bed earlier I started awake in bed for a long time. Last night I listened to the Book of Romans in the Bible and I could concentrate on that instead of a myriad of other thoughts and feel asleep much more quickly. I aim to do something similar this week.
