HI Michael! It is all water weight I am afraid...Two reasons; I gave up soda and replaced with water- that seemed to be huge. Also, I work the midnight shift and my anitial weight was after working on my feet for 12 hours, drinking coffee and then having a light breakfast with friends. Lots of extra fluid there, I'm afraid. The next couple weights were after sleeping all night and no breakfast. It was a great start but will taper off now..... Good luck to you!
