Did more reps than required for BBM challenge, did other workout classes as well

Eating could have been slightly better, mainly just snacking. But overall this week was much better than the first

I feel a lot stronger and my muscles feel tighter

Fewer dessert days (although I had "healthy" desserts), less wine

Made all bikini body mommy recipes planned for the week, completed BBM workout

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have been better about eating dessert- I ate a couple too many pieces of toffee. Also I need to drink more water.
