Non-scale victory of the week!

Moving!!! I'm able to complete a 5k without feeling I'm going to pass out! All this running is building muscle mass in my legs and almost derailed my Diet Bet, but I don't care. I feel GREAT!

I have really started upping my activity with the better weather. With the weight loss, I'm having to get some new clothes!

Stop using being active for justification for snacks, and poor snacks at that.

Impossible Sausage is amazing! Give it a try, and this is coming from a guy with a deep freezer full of beef and pork. TRY IT!!

Portion size! I'm making more healthy food choices but allowing my portion sizes to creep back up.

It was a busy week where I was traveling and eating at restaurants a lot... wow, I do poorly when I'm in that situation. I try to order smart meals, but there are so few that sound appetizing to me, and portions are not great.
