I'm eating PLENTY using the Slow-Carb diet. Whenever I stick to it, the pounds fall off... "clunk". It allows one day of "eat anything" a week, but I keep doing 2 days plus two more of minimal cheating. Then three days good & it all falls off!! If I could be good for 6 days, I can't imagine how well I'd do!!
DO NOT GIVE UP TILL YOU TRY THAT DIET!!!
Slow-Carb Diet per Tim Ferriss of 4-hr body. Good Luck!
