The past week I haven't been as healthy as I would want to be. I even gain a little over a pound. But everyday, even decision is a new oppurtunity to start a new. Just finished a workout. Now time for a healthy dinner. I can do this... We can do this. 😊

  • I have gained 100 pounds in less than 6 months due to severe depression and even multiple suicide attempts .. My entire life changed in the year of 2018 to the worst, from 129 Lbs to 229 lbs
    ... but I found some hope in life again and I am changing my lifestyle to a better and healthier one starting this summer 2019
    Current weight: 211 lbs

    I still have a long journey ahead of me to not only get my 129 lbs weight and shape back but also healthier inner me and even hair/skin.

Yeah.. I had some vegan low cal pizza. Just felt like I needed a break from all the salads and protein! Some mini reeses pieces too..

  • I was so divided between goin to maccas or gym, but here I am. Day 2 of 30days of fitness done! I do need your help with some fun workout ideas at gym please because I hate running! I loved my body jam and zumba but I return too late from work to go anymore! :)

Try watching a show or something interesting while on the treadmill, kept me there for a while. I once watched a movie and stayed on the treadmill until it finished, therefore I ended up doing a combo of jogging and walking for over an hour:joy:.
