Anyone have tips for dieting while sick? I started my Challenge with a bad reaction to a new med that left me nauseous all morning, only able to keep down saltine crackers (which are WAY higher calorie than you'd think) and a fairly sugary smoothie from the grocery store. Then once I felt better I got SO HUNGRY. Does anyone have any foods they turn to while sick? Just looking for ideas, thanks 💕

Instead of moving forward in my fitness journey, Ive been doing rounds around the same few kgs. I reached my goal weight, relaxed for around 3 months, and 3 kgs later, I am here again. Looking for sustainable life choices for myself. This time, I will make it. 😂
