  • I'm a Jazzercise Instructor. Yesterday I had the honor of warming up the participants at Tara's walk. The walk benefits a local women's shelter in honor of a woman who was killed by her husband in an act of domestic violence.

Not a good day!!!
Do you have those days where everything is going wrong all day? Today was like that for me! It started with my coffee being spilled on the couch and myself and the rug. Then the babies making a total mess with their food, even if they normally eat so neatly now! Then we go take a stroller walk. Not long after leaving, but long enough to not be able to go back quickly, one of the boys is inconsolable, doesn’t want anything, not even being in my arms. I called my mom and she came pick us up. We got home, to bottles of alcohol broken on the floor! Don’t know what happened!
Well. That was not a good day. 😞

Sherri M. I KNOW!!!! It was a really old bottle that we never drink, the kind of weird alcohol you drink while on vacation, buy a bottle, bring it home and never touch it again because it is not really good lol The universe thought it was time to throw it away!

Thanks everyone! My day got a little better, my husband came home not long after and took care of the kids while I read my book :)

Down 16 pounds so far and...I have TWO job interviews today. I’m feeling positive and charged and ready for the world! A little self confidence goes a long way.

yep. It was all water. I was pretty bloated (I had an injury).


Thanks everyone for the good wishes on the interviews. They didn't go as I'd expected but I have a follow up one on Friday, so here's to hoping that one pans out!

First weigh in today and I’m down 14.6 lbs! I know it’s water, and I’ll never have another first week drop like this again...but damn it feels good. I fell 2 years ago, jamming my hip into my spine - a bulging disc sucks). So I can stand again and cook and I’m off to taking off the 50+ lbs I put on while incapacitated. This seems like a great start!

Hi, I’m Betty. There have been several comments on the members FB Dietbet page about how much easier it is to be successful when there is an active host in the Dietbets. I agree. Since this Transformer Dietbet doesn’t have a host, I’ve challenged myself to throw comments/questions out there on a regular basis in the hopes that we can all learn from each other and encourage each other. I am by nature an introvert, and I prefer to comment on somebody else’s post if I think I can be of help rather than post myself, so this will indeed be a challenge for me. I am by no means an expert on anything. I did however lose 90 lbs in 10.5 months in 2016/2017. When I throw these questions out there please feel free to either comment with your answer or just scroll past. I’m hoping if enough people comment with their own “solutions” if people read through the various comments, we can all learn from each other. This Dietbet is for ALL of us, and I’m hoping we can help each other win. Good luck everyone!
