First weigh in today and I’m down 14.6 lbs! I know it’s water, and I’ll never have another first week drop like this again...but damn it feels good. I fell 2 years ago, jamming my hip into my spine - a bulging disc sucks). So I can stand again and cook and I’m off to taking off the 50+ lbs I put on while incapacitated. This seems like a great start!

Hi, I’m Betty. There have been several comments on the members FB Dietbet page about how much easier it is to be successful when there is an active host in the Dietbets. I agree. Since this Transformer Dietbet doesn’t have a host, I’ve challenged myself to throw comments/questions out there on a regular basis in the hopes that we can all learn from each other and encourage each other. I am by nature an introvert, and I prefer to comment on somebody else’s post if I think I can be of help rather than post myself, so this will indeed be a challenge for me. I am by no means an expert on anything. I did however lose 90 lbs in 10.5 months in 2016/2017. When I throw these questions out there please feel free to either comment with your answer or just scroll past. I’m hoping if enough people comment with their own “solutions” if people read through the various comments, we can all learn from each other. This Dietbet is for ALL of us, and I’m hoping we can help each other win. Good luck everyone!
