How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • NSV: when flying is no longer a task or uncomfortable for me or the person next to me. I remember when I would have to secretly carry my seatbelt extender with me and try to connect when no one was looking. I always had my own because I was too embarrassed to ask the stewards for one. Now I no longer need an extender and have extra room even with a coat on 😁👍

A bit made at myself I let myself relax for Christmas and pretty much ate whatever. Well of course Christmas went to New Years I gained 4 lbs !!! I tried had to lose it but I did not make goal but was still was within the the 6% so I’ll be ok. Wish I hadn’t went crazy at Christmas. Live and learn I guess

I have been verified! I did a workout this morning but can’t build the collage right now. I will post that later today. I did cross the 100 mile mark for the year all ready. 5% of my yearly riding goal is completed.

Thank you Sheri. Not normally but my health and the desire to continue to be around for my wife and kids is what is motivating and pushing me to get healthy and stay that way. And it helps that I really enjoy riding my bike. My mantra is now days “Get on your bike and ride!”

  • Day 5 was LEGS!

    I didn't know what to expect so I stayed with lower weights and took my time. It was NOT easy but I'll definitely push more next week.

Round 4 has ended! It's time to submit your official weigh-in for this round.

That means we're into Round 5! Keep yourself accountable by weighing in unofficially or by submitting progress weigh-ins through Membership. To reward players for consistency each Wednesday we’ll randomly reward an exciting progress prize to one or more players who submitted a Progress weigh-in during the 7 days leading up to the drawing. The next drawing is on Jan 17.. Any official weigh-in’s submitted within the 7-day Progress weigh-in window will automatically apply as the weeks Progress weigh-in. Remember, that only official, Referee-verified weigh-ins determine who wins. Your goal for Round 5 is 10% of your initial weight. Note that to be eligible to win the big pot at the end of the game, you MUST submit an official weigh-in at the end of Round 5, and you must have lost at least 6% of your initial weight.
