How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Anyone have any idea when we find out who won the apple watch? Or did I miss it and was it already awarded to someone?

Amber T.

I'm curious too

Tigrsh

I contacted support and apparently the winner was already announced in September: https://www.dietbet.com/games/115769/activity/18615494#activity

Who won the Apple Watch?

Greicy M.

how long should we wait until final winnings are available to use on a new bet? I only see winnings from first round. Thanks.

  • TransformationTuesday! I started actually making and sticking to getting healthier May 2018. My weight was 249 (maybe more some days but I chose to ignore those days) and the breaking point was when I couldn't fit on my favorite roller coaster anymore. I was embarrassed and crying because I had to get up and leave since I couldn't buckle. I could maybe walk a mile. I started walking, eating less and drinking elevate coffee (I don't sell just use) and it started coming off. By October I started doing spin 2 days a week and still losing. This picture was the other day. I ran 3 miles nonstop for the second time ever (first time was about 4 years ago). Today, I weigh 183, with still plenty to go. (The picture is a bit deceiving because leggings are amazing lol). I also ran a whole 5k in 33 min 17 seconds (1 min 30 sec faster than last month) without walking one step!! Next running goal is 5k under 30 min! I also eat many more veggies which is huge for me because I'm the pickiest eater ever!!

Yes! I think one more will get me pretty close to my goal and the kickstarters are getting to be too tough for me. Thank you!!

Amber T.

It’s been an amazing 6 months. This is my second transformer and most likely be my last as I think I’m at where I needed to be. Good luck everyone and keep the inspiration up ❤

  • Ladies and gentlemen we have made it to the finish line for this game🎉🎉Over the last 6 months I was able to drop another 38 pounds😁It’s pretty amazing the changes you can make in just 6 months. The pic below is a before and after from September when we started until now. So much has changed and not just my appearance. I am able to do things I have never done before like run. That alone is so cool to me because seriously I used to hate running. Good luck to everyone and I hope you met whatever goal you set for yourself.

  • My Sunday morning ride. Major pleased with this workout. I made it back to 20 mph average speed with the higher resistance of this new trainer. I am actually pushing so hard to overcome the resistance that I can see my bike frame flexing. I have never experienced that before. Stepped on the scale afterward and was at my weigh in goal for my kickstarter that ends next week. I am super pumped.

  • My ride this morning. I set a goal to ride 2000 miles this year. Part of that goal is a road bike if I hit 1000 mile by the end of June. As of this morning’s ride, I have now ridden more than 500 miles this year on the trainer alone. New road bike here I come!
