Someone called me beautiful. And I didn’t buy donuts last night.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I have been having a hard month. In July, two uncles and my dog passed away and I’ve been going overboard with emotional eating. When I realized I’m over 150 lbs I realized how much I messed up. DietBet keeps me accountable and I really need to get back into it. Hopefully 3rd time is a charm to keep the weight off.
