- Well, I’ve been officially up 2 pounds and it’s held steady for the last two weeks. (Prob not water weight!) This is despite 7 days per week of #mbf, and 7 days per week of getting my daily step goal at night (13000 steps or more), and meticulously weighing/logging my calories through MyFitnessPal. Fitbit estimates my daily calorie burn to be around 2300 per day, so I’ve been eating 1600 calories per day. I am going to try lowering down to 1400 and see how I feel. Even though the scales not budging (actually going up!), I am not feeling discouraged at all because I’ve been living a really healthy life! But I am determined to lose some body fat so I’m open to tweaking my diet until I see results. It just gets so much harder once you become middle aged! Thank goodness I am lifting weights again because I know that will help me so much long term.
