shit really, one of the worst weeks for about a year. totally out of control. Resorted to a new start trying again, nothing to lose except the 21 lbs I've put on since March.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

just stop and pay attention to what I'm actually eating. get out of bed and move more

so glad to start this transformer. I was getting into bad habits again and gained 15lb in 2 months. I'm ready to focus on myself, prioritise myself and to value myself.

More in control this wk, only had one slip up Tues night with chocolate but hey, I'm only human. I'm now the lightest I've ever been in my adult life. Feeling good

ordered 2 jackets in size 10 & 12, kept the size 10! never been known before! Also, took my measurements and have list 81 cms from the whole of my body

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Got to reduce my calories and up my intensity levels with activity as now need find it harder to lose as my body needs less fuel even if I still want to eat loads!

I managed to win my final round 6 in my transformer, so pretty pleased with that and the payout too!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

diet has been okaaayyyish.... felt emotional thus week as dd off to Uni and friends funeral. I Also noticed how I use food snacking to zone out of my feelings whatsoever they are stress, anger frustration mainly
