What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Pregnancy! HA! I am currently 3 months PP with my third child and am working towards losing 40 pounds to be at my original pre-pregnancy weight! I tend to gain a LOT during each pregnancy (60-70 lbs), regardless of healthy eating, and have to work hard to get it off. I have lost the weight twice before, though, and plan to do the same this time around!
