Great post! One day at a time, one meal at a time, even one bite at a time! We all are faced with those temptations and I learned the 3 bite rule back when doing WW years if I would just stick with that advice I wouldn't need DietBet either now would I! LOL! You got a good thing going, just keep up the planning and you will do great!!!

Your doing great hun. Monday was a hard day to accept as well....didnt own a scale til now...just was eating and living to my own satisfaction. To step on that scale then my husband step on it and weigh 12 lbs less than me but also 5 inches taller made me go EEK! The scale also didnt budge for 3 days....even though i cut calories like a pro. Im not on a diet plan just limiting the sugar to almost nothing but keep us updated. always like to know what works and what doesn't.
