Non-scale victory of the week!

Non scale victory is I re-started my liifting journey and definitely feel sore today.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This is the highest I have ever weighed in my life and I dont ever want to come back to this.. EVER!!! I can't even fathom that I let this happen but vow to reverse the damage to my health and will always love myself the way I say other people should love their bodies.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I want to eat only food naturally cooked fresh with fresh ingredients. Minimize the fast food and processed junk. (80/20). I aim for 7-8 hours of sleep and I will be starting a weightlifting program. I believe in myself and my faith in me will persevere against my ?? willpower!
