This is incredible and gave me chills! What a blessing to realize that you are WORTHY! YES!!!! I couldn't agree with you more and by taking time to be the best YOU possible, you are being the greatest role model to your children! What a gift that you also have a supportive husband. I am here for you and the rest of those who have joined are too. Keep sharing on here what kind of tips you need most. I am encouraging everyone to try and keep a food and exercise journal either on here or in an actual journal. That way I can really help with offering some suggestions on how you can makeover those areas too. Don't worry my philosophy is that we should enjoy what we eat, we should not deprive our bodies and we should feel nourished and energized to lead active lives. Can't wait! XO
