Brenda, here's what to eat for the next 48 hours to lose one full lb... One egg for breakfast, one apple for lunch, and 3 oz of skinless chicken for dinner. Unlimited coffee and water. No juice. Nothing else. You'll be really hungry and miserable but that's what works. LESS fuel in is the only way. You will hate the feeling, you will feel crapy, it's your body's job to force you to eat more Nd it's a powerful force. I could lock you up in a room for 5 days and I guarantee you would lose 2 lb in 5 days or you could do it on your own.
