  • Joey, I too started my conversion of a way-overweight guy - pushing 500lbs in January. Gotta let you know... though I'm walking daily, it is only about a mile a day...I'm waiting for my recent winner's pot to come in, then, joining your group...BTW... today I posted my weight... 368.2 lbs...Would love to talk to you about how to really take the weight off - but in a healthy way - without killing yourself with too much exercise!Tim
