  • Holding myself accountable to actually participate in conversations on here. I’ve been doing DietBet off and on for the last year. Nothing long term has stuck. However, I was o my doing diet. Now I’m on week 4 of a really great workout program and I’m slowly but surely seeing drops in my body fat (and my weight). Truthfully I’m more concerned about body fat than weight, but it is super motivating. Even though my muscles burn ????

I’m Lauren, a 31 year old mom of boys aged 3 and 4. I also work full-time and my husband is out of the house 60 hours/week. Life is very chaotic right now. At the beginning of the year I was doing great with my nutrition and exercise, but the past month I’ve slipped and lost motivation. Hoping this helps kickstart me again!

Hello all. I need to take care of my health and a DietBet helps me do that. I have typically been someone who works out several times a week chasing those good feelings, but life has been pretty crazy the last three years and I go long periods with very little exercise. I overeat more when I’m

I feel you with the uncomfortable comment. I too am uncomfortable.. I am not comfortable in this body that that has gained weight.. But we're here. Doing this. And that is At 1st awesome step!

I hear you! The past 2+ years have thrown us off our normal patterns. Some people have taken to opportunity to create healthier habits but lots of us gave in to a more sedentary lifestyle and are suffering the consequences. We can do this!!

I used to exercise every day and was in really good shape and now I am at a place where I need to lose 20 pounds. Hoping to hold myself accountable in this challenge. I tend to fall off the wagon one or two weeks in. Daily exercise and 21 day fix food plan are my tools. Day 1..................

Hello everyone. I am a Registered Nurse from Seattle. The last few years I have added about 20 pounds and it stubborn because of aging. I hope this gives me motivation!!!! I am pretty good about exercise but I like to snack a lot….a big part of the problem. Good luck everyone!

Alice here. Divorced for years and have entered menopause hell. I am 58 with rheumatoid disease and fibromyalgia. Working part time because one of the dialysis facilities I covered closed so also lost insurance coverage when Work cut my hours below 30. Having a hard time with motivation so thought DietBet with weekly weigh in would be a good choice.
