Tracy..WE can do this!!! I am not sure WHY we keep doing this...as I said "I lost 120..gained 50 lost 60 and now I have gained 20 of that back..REALLY" I just do not know why I have to keep picking..I <3 you and you are beautiful..inside and out!!!

I know exactly how you feel! I lost 85 pounds, gained 35, lost 20 and now have gained 35. I'm not happy with myself at all right now. But you are right, we can do this and I do think this is just what I need to get started. Thanks for sharing!
