And I just saw that you've lost 40 lbs and gained it back...this is what will fix that. Once you start losing this way when you're not starving yourself the weight will be REAL WEIGHT LOSS and will stay gone. Whoo hooo!

Hi Blondie...good! I'm glad someone asked me about it. I've been yo-yo dieting for the past 15 years and everything I've done in the past just isn't working anymore. I was down to eating 1200 calories AND exercising on top of that and found out that I've been in starvation mode for YEARS. My body has had enough and is holding on to everything. I use My Fitness Pal and bumped into a group there called Eat More 2 Weigh Less...you can search for that and find their threads. They've also started their own website http://eatmore2weighless.com/ to help consolidate all of the info for newcomers. I even paid $5 for their "Starter Kit" (under Start Here on their website) and it was worth every penny. It's a journey...this isn't quick weight loss...but it's resetting my metabolism so that I'll be able to start losing weight again but eating 1800+ calories doing it. I wish I'd found this information years ago!!! And BTW, I'm not
