Hi Kelly,Couldn't find how to private message you through DietBet. So trying your cheer board. I couldn't find videos that showed how to do the following exercises from the 4 wk challenge workouts. Could you do a youtube video on the following two exercises? Week 1 - 10 Rep shuffle to bear crawl and Week 2 - hammer curl to straight arm.Thanks for your help!


Hey Lilia!! I'm so sorry I just saw this!!! I will be posting a video of these tomorrow on YouTube =) for now though, you perform a standard hammer curl then push the weights out in front of you (so your arms form a 90 degree angle with your body) then slowly drop the weights down to your thighs again. Hope that helps a bit!
