Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to wear a pair of jeans last weekend that I haven’t been able to wear since they were given to me!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Gone to the gym more. Although I did exercise at home, we didn’t make it to the actual gym but once last week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

No NSV this week. Well, maybe that it is progressively getting easier to turn down things I know aren’t good for my body.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing! It was a great week!

To push on. The newness has worn off. So at this point, I need to power through. Seeing the numbers on the scale move has to be enough motivation for me!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to wear a shirt yesterday that I had bought several months ago but it was too tight for comfort. I wore it to work yesterday and never once felt like I was “too fat” in it!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing. I rocked it. I ate well. I went to the gym 4 times this week. I am a beast!

It’s been easier every day to say no to things that I know aren’t going to be helpful in my journey.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have exercised but I’m recovering from surgery so it wasn’t really an option this week. I did go for a slow walk on the nature trail Sunday morning though.
