Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn’t have one this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercised more. It’s spring so our family schedule is picking up with various sports starting. There wasn’t a whole lot of extra time.

I started a couch to 5k program and gave seriously surpassedy my expectations of myself. I’m not fast by any means but I’m quicker than I was before!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Better diet for sure. We took our kids to Silver Dollar City for spring break and there aren’t many diet friendly foods there

Non-scale victory of the week!

Fastest time on the treadmill so far! 1.5 miles in 30 min 30 sec. I know that doesn’t seem “fast”, but I am so proud I was able to push myself to go faster than 2.5 mph.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercised more often.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Going to the gym has become more a habit and less a chore. There have been days I’ve originally said, “I’m not going today!” Only to decide 30 minutes later that I needed to go.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing this week. My cheat meal on 2.17.19 for Valentine’s Day nearly ruined my whole month though.

Non-scale victory of the week!

No NSV this week. Well, maybe that it is progressively getting easier to turn down things I know aren’t good for my body.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing! It was a great week!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

To push on. The newness has worn off. So at this point, I need to power through. Seeing the numbers on the scale move has to be enough motivation for me!
