  • Happy Tues everyone. Getting ready to start my cleanse. I've done this once before and it helped a ton and especially after Christmas cheat meals my body is needing it. First two meals of the day are shakes, veggie then fruit and diner a bone broth soup with non startch veggies. Wish me luck!!
