I got verified and I won round 5. I’m down 31 pounds this year! I am grateful for this group. I am proud to tell you I am 100% back on track. I made a solid 100 days at the beginning of the year and I hope to make it longer this time. I want to be at my goal weight before Thanksgiving. So I joined another transformer and I’m committed to my daily disciplines. Congrats to everyone! Never give up on your health. If you mess up, no matter how long it’s been. Just keep going back to your healthy habits. ❤

The bad news, I am still.5 lbs away as of tonight. The good news is I am under without clothes, and usually in the mornings I weigh the same clothed as I did the night before unclothed. Let’s hope for the judges sake that tonight is not the night my body does something different

Lol, I drink so much water throughout the night that usually isnt the case for me. But I do a 12,12 fast where I never eat after 4am so I've usually burned of most of my food vefore bed. but I do work 3rd shift so think of it as 4 pm.

I’m having trouble submitting my weigh in. When I try to post my pic with the scales it won’t go any further. Is it me or is there a problem with the system? I’ve never had this happen before.

Happened to me and simply logging out then back in worked, good luck!


Every weigh in lately I've been emailing the pics from my phone to the laptop because the app doesn't let me click the box to say the scale photo meets the requirements. I'll try logging out or redownloafing to see if that helps.

Nice! With all this stay at home stuff I have done a major overhaul to my garden and maybe neglected my raspberry patch a little so if you want feel free to swing by for another NSV haha. But really nice job on the weeds, to me it’s the NSVs that keep me going.

Hey! Any advise here would be really helpful. I started a manual labour job last Monday having had a desk job for 10 years... I thought great I will burn a lot of calories. But I've put on 6lbs! having read up on it. My body is holding onto water to help me recover from the damage caused to my muscles. So in the long run it's great I will be getting bigger and stronger 💪 but in The short run Ive put on a load a week before wiegh in. Also I can't calorie deficit much at the moment as I need the energy for the hard work. Any advise? 😕

I recommend eating low sodium foods a few days before weigh in to help keep water weight down

Whoa, Memorial Day weekend has presented a lot of food treats and I’ve overindulged. I now have 4.4 pounds to lose to meet my 10%. Pounding the water today and got a great workout in. Now to be on point with my nutrition.

Same here!!! I weighed in below goal Friday morning and now I’m 6 pounds higher after a weekend of junk and overindulgence. It should come off quickly though but still means that I must work harder this week.


We had a last minute, impulse carryout instead of salad last night. I could have ordered grilled chicken, but I went for the spicy fried chicken sandwich and fries. I still dont regret it - just have to keep moving forward. :-)

Or you can take the scale picture without clothes then remember to put them on before the full body ! Lol just make sure there's no reflection in the scale

Tips to prevent snacking! I am struggling with this so thought I would share what I do. Please share your tips too!

1. Drink water!
- mix it up by adding different fruit, cucumber, lemon or a tsp of apple cider vinegar
2. Drink coffee or tea
3. Go for a walk
4. Do something with my kids like paint, color, draw with chalk
5. Brush my teeth again

If you can avoid adding sugar to grapefruit it really does help curb appetite


I like the brushing of the teeth. I hate eating after I’ve brushed my teeth so this helps a lot.
