I'm on my 5th kickstarter and looking back on that first DietBet picture I can see how depressed I was even though I'd already lost 5 lbs on my own by that point. It's hard to really look at yourself, but it's a necessary first step. I didn't know if I could do it, or if I'd be able to win my bet. But, I was doing it for myself and my health. Not just to be "skinny" for a wedding/reunion/party/etc. Progress, not perfection. You'll get to where you want to be.
