I really loved your comment - thankyou. I will weigh in later today and not sure if I'll make it (weighed in on friend's scales which are different from mine). Was feeling sad about maybe not making it but actually if I do miss it but still lost say 7lbs why be sad?! By signing up for this I have focused for the first time in years and seen that when you eat better and exercise it works! So your comment hit the nail on the head!
