AJ I am so sorry about your 4 lbs weight gain. I struggled with that too. I am .8 lbs from my goal and I plan to substitute some dinners with a protein shake and just have my last meal before 6 pm. Let's do this! C'mon AJ! You can do this! Don't give up 3 steps before the finish line. It is time to sprint! :)
