What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I have lost 4.5kgs so far, (since my birthday in late December 2019) when I started. And I am noticing the size change, Today I had a headache .. Fixed it instantly with Potassium supplement, I then went on to take a collagen tablet (from fish) and, last year I bought myself, Vital Zing Raspberry Collagen BCAA drinks, with, arginine, b vitamins and all sorts of other stuff, it was expensive. - I guess it's a work out drink so i felt the guilt of 'wasting it' and worked out hahaha... What ever get's you moving I guess! :D Feeling great! I'm definitely in ketosis, good mood, good energy, good fat burning. My goal for ..... before the weigh in is.. to go from 116.3 kg (1st jan) to.. 112.5. How I am doing this is only eating when my body tells me to, and I've taken up a little bit of zumba just to enjoy. (tml crew on youtube, 3 min videos) and finally, eating keto when I do get hungry. I really wanna remember how good it feels, cos, I often "go off" keto due to others in my family, so I wanna explain.... Waking up feeling refreshed, Having good mood for no causal reason, Knowing I'm creating something I want, Energy to declutter and dance, (did both today), Strength to overcome fear, - there's good mental impacts from keto. So yeah Thats it from me today!! Hope you're all doing great! Much love, Kitty

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Overcame the anxiety about sharing a body photo yesterday - I told my fears, that everyone here is in the same boat! :D and...I'm glad I did, cos now I have "before" photos for the year :) Hunger dropped away almost completely today, I made a chicken, cheese and home made guacamole salad for.. Afternoon/Supper. I personally struggle with eating disorder/body image issues so I have to be careful to avoid my triggers (eg calorie counting, certain types of thinking,)... So setting a "weight loss kg/lb goal" is one of those, erm, but, going on how I've lost weight so far, (since mid dec 2019) I'm averaging 1% of my body weight every 2 days. So .. According to thatttt.. by 1 Feb I COULD be... at 101kg. (from 118kg in December). So, that's my loose, in pencil, "Goal", and..all that requires is consistency to the meal plan I made, I don't think thats too "pressuring"? :D Just a little consistent devotion =)

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Insulin Resistance, I can't eat what regular people do. I gain weight just thinking about it lol.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Simple Goal this week: cook the meal prep meals. ( I designed a keto meal plan at 1600kcal) and eat it, I plan to follow my hunger cues as well, that's it. I think that should = success for this week. I hope to loose.. 2kgs this week. (4lbs) Today I weigh 116.3kg. (255lbs) Good luck to everyone with their first month of 2020! The year of achieving our vision.
