I lost 2.1 lb on day 1 of the Military Diet. The good thing about this diet is you just eat what you are told. You don't get to eat until you are full. There is no cheating allowed. The hardest part was declining samples at See's Candy shop 3 times while I waited in line for 40 minutes yesterday.

Don't give up Krista. I am rooting for you. Save the cupcakes in the freezer for later. I know you can do this. I am struggling too and I think it is because I'm trying to get to a weight that I haven't been at in years, but we are going to make it !!!!!!!!!

hey now wait a minute here... are you sure that achieved 54% of your goal in one day? it kinda looks fishy. you are going to get audited if you are not careful. when you weigh yourself stripped down you should add 2 lb for clothes.

Don't give up! You still have plenty of time to reach your goal. Do what I do: stay away from snacks. its OK to be hungry once in awhile. Or if you are going to eat a snack, make it a celery stick. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!
