Eating more regularly and not binging/overeating as much

Not losing by cutting back on food. Therefore, I think I need to go back to a more low-carb approach.

STOP being so strict with my diet because I can't successfully do low carb right now due to being around others who don't eat that way and being more physically active and not having enough time to meal prep. just need to focus on eating less, making as good choices as possible and steadily losing enough weight

Being okay with how I am now and being happy with the progress I have made thus far....not being bitter because I haven't lost more...

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Pushed myself too much during exercise when my range of motion wasn't there and hurt my hip. Next time, know my limitations....
