What are your goals for the upcoming week?

This upcoming week my goals are to drink 48oz of water a day. I’ll do this by keeping my Hidrate water bottle full and with me. To put on my fitness video 3 times this week and not shame myself if I can’t finish. I’ll do this by going to bed half an hour earlier (10:00) to get up at 5:30 with my shorts and runners by my bed. I will continue to meal plan, and work on my portions. I will do this by continuing to sit down with my husband and plan meals and grocery lists. When I want seconds I will have another plate of salad. Then move my plate to the sink.
