Yes!!! Just stay focused on ur day to day!!! It adds up and if ur consistent its definitely easy to do! I am at the lower end of my weight range and have still been able to drop weight with the dietbets! All the pounds add up and u are doing wonderfully!!! Just remember that you didnt put it off in a day and it wont come off in one either. You've got this!!!
