I lost almost 40 pounds two years ago, and I have since gained it all back. Next year I plan on travelling to England (one of the only things on my Bucket List), and I want to lose the weight that I put back on and be in great shape when I go.

Thanks, Rhi! I believe that we are going to mainly be in the London area. All my life I have wanted to visit there, and I'm excited that it's finally going to happen! I was actually going to ask you what the weather there is like this time of year. Sounds a lot like here in Wisconsin. :D

My friend I am travelling there with has been there dozens of times for work, so he knows the area pretty well. That puts my mind a little more at ease. :)
