Rough weekend! Why did I think a DietBet right before Halloween candy was a good idea? ? I need to focus this week. Is water the best way to get that extra sugar out of my system? Other ideas??

Just needs time for your body to use up the extra sugar (which gets stored partly in your liver and muscles). ? That's kind of how intermittent fasting works.

I really love the higher up podcast with Michael smoak. His newer ones have interviews that are informative but I REALLY love some of the early ones for motivation. If you’re looking for something entertaining/easy listening I like Beach Too Sandy Water Too Wet- it’s a podcast that reads funny reviews of places and I think the hosts are so funny.
