Got to another notch on my belt!!!! That’s 2 notches down in the past 3 months

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Ate on plan. Actually wrote down my plan. It’s hard to decide what to eat without one. Writing it down helps to ease my anxiety about it

Cooked a weeks worth of dinner and actually ate it

I didn’t walk the six days that I wanted to walk. I could have stuck to the walking plan better.
