didn't go overboard on pizza at a football watching party. only 2 slices specifically asked them to get a veggie pizza with thin crust

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

had 2 beers with football yesterday, which made me put in a longer walk this morning lol. shoulda stopped at 1!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Finally a week where I got all my gym days AND good nutrition in on every single day! pizza on Monday, but opted for only one slice of veggie pizza, no ranch. pretty much as healthy as pizza can get!
